We’re heading into the third season of NFL players’ peaceful protest of racial injustice during the national anthem being a divisive issue for the league.

During the owners meetings in Atlanta, the NFL explored ways to approach the national anthem going forward.

A proposed solution, according to MMQB, would include the home team choosing whether teams would come out for the anthem and a 15-yard penalty assessed on teams with kneeling players.

Like, what if both teams have a player kneeling?

I’d support this idea:

The NFL world continued to rip the idea apart.
