Every CEO must have leadership. There is no other way that I can put this. When we think of leadership, we must look at a CEO as the person in charge of the whole entire operation. A CEO must lead by example. You can not be a leader if you are a follower. There is a major difference between the two. Every CEO have certain duties and responsibilities that they have to uphold with there company. You may can ask for advice through your employees but at the end of the day, it is up to you as the ceo to make the final decision.
In my experiences as the internet ceo, it takes a lot to maintain a profitable company on your own. As a ceo, my thoughts determine our actions and our actions lead inevitably to success or failure, fulfillment or frustration. When you have a plan, an intention will form. In terms of business, you must do something better than your competitors and that something must result in a unique, hard to copy, or atleast a distinctive benefit to your customers.
Through the process of formulating a plan or strategy, a CEO must position his or herself company for success by making choices about customers to market to. You must always remember that the strength of any business resides in its people. The people is what makes any business what it is. No business can continue to grow and prosper without nurturing its young managers. The secret to leadership are passion, motivation, ethics, courage, communication, judgement and insight.
Successful CEO’s are developed and not born. They evolve over time while continually learning and honing their skills and seeking new opportunities to further polish their abilities. A CEO is not only a leader but the are visionaries. They can see things in there head mentally way before it hits the physical form.
