Discussion:
Some people believe that “It is more important for schools to spend on teaching materials than extra-curricular activities”. In my opinion, this point of view is not totally persuaded. First, in the modern era, it is essential for students to develop both academic and social skills. Second, extra-curricular activities shouldn’t be ignored since they provide children opportunities to discover themselves and their interests. Therefore, schools should balance spending on teaching materials with extra-curricular activities.
