Armslist Gets Widow’s Suit Tossed Even Without Internet Shield

A widow didn’t adequately state claims that Armslist LLC is liable for a web marketplace sale of the gun involved in her police officer husband’s killing, a federal court in Wisconsin ruled, despite holding that a federal internet law doesn’t immunize the company.
