INTERNET service provider Converge ICT Solutions announced that it was experiencing a major technical problem for its Metro Manila subscribers on Saturday.
In a statement on its social media platforms, Converge said the downtime started at 12:12 p.m.
“You may be experiencing connectivity issues as of 12:12p.m., 20 November 2021,” Converge said. “Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore your connection. A service ticket is not required.”
According to Down Detector, subscribers in Metro Manila and Angeles in Pampanga have reported outages. The most reports came at 12:34 p.m., where 2,660 outages were reported on the site.
Converge has informed subscribers to monitor the provider’s social media platforms for updates and asked for their patience and understanding.
