netplus: Fastway’s Netplus Broadband deploys Aprecomm technology to enhance internet experience

Netplus Broadband, the internet service provider subsidiary of Fastway Group, has selected Aprecomm, a global technology provider of network intelligence, to remotely monitor, manage quality of experience (QoE), optimise residential Wi-Fi connections, and simplify deployment process with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP).

With the deal in place, Netplus would be rolling this intelligence to all their current and future subscribers spanned across over 400 cities.

This partnership with Aprecomm’ s Network Intelligence is yet another step in this direction.”

Aprecomm’s technology will also provide centralised vendor agnostic Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) provisioning, management and pro-active QoE measurement with actionable recommendations to improve subscriber’s internet experience across homes.

Aprecomm Network Intelligence will also offer measurable subscriber experience and will help Netplus to reduce operating costs and improve customer satisfaction.
