US law professor criticises Indian immigrants during interview on TV. Internet lashes out

The issue of racism has been prevalent in the US for a long time. With continued protests and demonstrations, some leaders were successful in introducing important changes in society that favored people of diverse races. However, after decades, the situation seems to be standing on the same step that it was 10 years ago.

If you’re thinking about how worse the situation could be, we want to present you this video of a tenured professor from University of Pennsylvania in the US. Two videos of Professor Amy Wax speaking about immigrants and people of other races at the Tucker Carlson talk show have gone viral.

In one of the videos, Wax can be seen speaking about immigrant Indians. She was heard saying, “Here’s the problem. They (Brahmin women from India) are taught that they are better than everybody else because they are Brahmin elites and yet, on some level, their country is a shit hole.”

In another video, she was heard saying how the black and Asian people harbor “resentment, shame, and envy” against western people for their “outsized achievements and contributions.”

The outrageous interview left people fuming. Netizens didn’t hesitate to call out Amy Wax for her ‘white elitism propaganda’. Some even pointed out how such ideas from a college professor is a contributing reason for increasing hate crime in the States.
