The more I consider technological trends and what to expect in the future, the more convinced I am that how government organizations use and manage technology will be critical to their missions’ future success.

When industries and governments first felt the pandemic’s effects, they rushed to transition to a virtual work model as soon as possible. That conversation, however, began to shift nearly three years later. We’ve seen articles touting the advantages of returning to in-person work, and businesses have begun to wonder aloud when they’ll be able to bring employees back into the office.
