Working with PDF documents is never easy and it can be hard to accomplish PDF tasks if you don’t have the right tools.
We covered one tool before, Able2Extract Professional, and we think it’s a good fit for your budget and your needs. It has a complete set of features for the big PDF tasks that are hard to accomplish online or with free tools.
In fact, we used the software to show you how to convert multiple PDF to Word. As you saw, it can get that job done easily. This tool contains more capabilities than that, though. You can:
- Convert scanned or native PDF files
- Create secure, password protected files
- Edit PDF text and pages
- Fill in, create or edit PDF forms
- Annotate PDF pages for review
Able2Extract Professional is now at version 14.0, and with it, we’re going to show you how to use one of its major new features to sign PDF documents easily.
First, a bit about the feature in Able2Extract. With this software, signing PDFs can be done electronically with an image or digitally with a digital certificate (we’ll show you how to sign PDFs electronically today).
Since the last version we reviewed, the software now supports advanced signing capabilities that are easy to use. For instance, Able2Extract supports digital certificates for adding a digital cryptographic signature and the ability to customize the font and color of an electronic image signature when drawing it with a mouse.
The software also includes a quick way to validate digital cryptographic signatures attached to PDFs that are sent to you. You can instantly check if the signature is valid or if the content has been changed or modified since it was signed.
Everything about the process is simplified and carried out via a side panel, from which most of its major features, like PDF editing, are performed.
To check out the look and feel of the software, you can install the free Able2Extract trial for 7 days to follow along with our tutorial below. Let’s get started.
