Virginia Tech has put together three Top 30 recruiting classes over the past three years, bringing in an influx of talent into the Hokies program. Over the past three cycles, Virginia Tech has added more 247Sports Composite four-star recruits than any other three-year stretch in history.
As a result of the influx of talent, several upperclassmen will face a crossroads in their career as fall camp opens in less than a month: Solidify your future with the program, or lose an opportunity.

During fall camp, Virginia Tech will have several positional battles to watch as upperclassmen fight to step into a larger role while underclassmen push to unseat them.
It is now or never for these ten Virginia Tech Hokies to either earn significant playing time for their final year or push to earn a larger role and keep underclassmen from passing them on the depth chart and diminishing their options in Blacksburg.
