Looking for a new adult beverage to stock for your Virginia Tech tailgate this fall?
Budweiser has you covered.
Virginia Tech is one of six universities that will be featured by Bud Light with a university themed can, according to Senior Executive Producer for Action Network Darren Rovell.
Rovell tweeted out that Virginia Tech will be getting its own themed Bud Light can, with accents of maroon and orange, though it will not feature the Virginia Tech logo as it was not approved through the university.
LSU, one of the other six universities that will have their own themed can, is the only university to approve using their logo on both the can and the packaging. Texas A&M and Texas Tech both approved the use of the university logo on the packaging but neither logo will be featured on the can.
Alabama, Virginia Tech, LSU, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Iowa are the six universities that will receive themed cans.
