With its first apartments approaching tenant-ready status, the development team behind the Seneca Street Lofts has created a marketing website to promote the mixed-use project located on the edge of the Larkin District.
Seneca Street Lofts, set for a former A&P Warehouse at the corner of Seneca and Hamburg streets, is being developed by the Frontier Group of Cos. The early 1900s era building will be anchored by 41 apartments and a mix of commercial and office space.
The website, www.senecastreetlofts.com, focuses primarily on the apartments. Planned are a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
A two-level, 78-car indoor parking garage is part of the project.
Chris Wietig, Frontier special projects manager, said he expects the first tenants to move into the building by early summer.
Abbey Mecca & Co.’s digital marketing division created the website. Hastings Cohn Real Estate has been retained to market the building’s commercial space. CSS Construction is the project’s construction manager.
The Seneca Street project is one of several that the Frontier Group of Cos. has in its local economic development pipeline, including working with Savarino Cos. on the Lake Freight Townhouse project along Ohio Street.
